The calf drinks first. Then we measure.

Colostrum is the first milk a cow produces after giving birth to her calf. It is naturally rich in antibodies* and contains over 250 natural components, including immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM), lactoferrin, and enzymes.

In the first hours of life, this milk is irreplaceable for the calf. That is why, without exception, we follow one rule: the calf drinks first. We use only the surplus milk collected during the first 24 hours, sourced together with Swiss farms.

What is colostrum?

Swiss food law defines colostrum as follows:

“Colostrum is the secretion produced by the mammary glands of milk-producing mammals under Article 2 letter a for up to five days after giving birth, which is rich in antibodies and minerals and which precedes the production of raw milk.”

This is how our colostrum is made

Swiss made. Every batch tested.

  • Guaranteed over 60% IgG, measured with every batch – current batch: 68.7 % (as of 10.2026).
  • Gentle processing: defatted, decaseinated, filtered in several stages below 40 °C without pasteurisation and freeze-dried – at a specialised partner facility. This preserves immunoglobulins and enzymes in their native structure.
  • Lactose-free: less than 0.1 g lactose per daily serving.
  • Tested in the laboratory: Every batch is tested for IgG content, antibiotic residues, and microbiology using ISO 17025-validated methods – both in-house and by independent laboratories.
  • Fully traceable: from selected Swiss farms all the way to the Miron violet glass bottle.
  • Approved and certified: food business approved by the Canton of St. Gallen (CH 84667631), filled and tested according to GMP and HACCP, company bio-certified by bio.inspecta (CH-BIO-006).
