Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in over 300 enzymatic processes in the body – particularly in energy metabolism, muscles, and the nervous system. Four-Fold Magnesium combines four complementary magnesium compounds that ideally complement one another in solubility and absorption time:

In our own independent manufacturing facility, we develop and produce our The Change® products in Switzerland – adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. Manufacturing takes place at our facility in St. Gallen, in accordance with the Swissness Ordinance of the Swiss Confederation, the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and HACCP, as well as under Organic certification. We process carefully selected raw materials using our own proprietary methods to create first-class formulations. We place great importance on short supply routes, close collaboration with Swiss and, in a few exceptional cases, European raw material suppliers, as well as on resource-efficient, energy-conscious production. TRUE TO OUR ZERO-WASTE CONCEPT

We think about packaging holistically: functional, resource-efficient, and circular. Our zero-waste approach starts with high-quality violet glass, which reliably protects light-sensitive vitamins, minerals, and valuable plant-based and bioactive components from UVA and UVB radiation and is fully recyclable. Our Refill pouches, as well as the Bags for powder products and porridges, are made from recyclable material and can be returned to the materials cycle through standard plastic recycling.

For reasons of product safety, shelf life, and consistent quality, we deliberately rely on recyclable materials for our Bags. Compared to compostable alternatives, these offer significantly greater protection against moisture, oxygen, and mechanical stress, while also enabling reliable recovery through established plastic recycling.

Our product boxes are Cradle to Cradle certified and therefore 100% recyclable and fully circular, including the inks. Our shipping boxes and tissue paper are also fully recyclable and fit seamlessly into our overall zero-waste concept. All materials comply with food safety regulations and meet the highest requirements for odor and gas barriers. All packaging, containers, and packaging materials are manufactured in Switzerland and, in exceptional cases, in the EU.

When it comes to transport, safety is non-negotiable. Every package is cushioned according to international standards so that glass containers, Bags, and capsules are optimally protected against breakage, pressure, and weight.
