• Since 29 August 2025 all shipments from Switzerland imported into the USA, regardless of order value, are subject to the new US customs regulations and customs duties and charges apply with no exemption threshold.
• The simultaneously introduced 39% US special tariffs on Swiss products were retroactively reduced as of 14 November 2025 to 15% reduced.

The delivery timeframe is based on our courier information. The recipient must sign for receipt of deliveries.

You can handle changes regarding the receipt of your order (e.g. receipt without signature) directly with DHL: To do so, use the email you received from DHL with the DHL tracking number after completing your order.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, forwarding organizations, or BFPO addresses. Orders to PO Box addresses or forwarding organizations may be canceled.
