The Multi Protein Shake with real vanilla and Earl Grey and bergamot (without theine) offers complete protein supply. This exquisite protein shake is easy to digest. Proteins are important components in muscle synthesis and contribute to an increase and maintenance of muscle mass.

Lactose intolerance: Thanks to the lactase it contains, this recovery shake is also suitable for people who have problems digesting lactose.

When should you drink protein shakes? In general, it is best to drink a protein shake within 30 minutes after training. For your overall health and well-being, you can drink a protein shake at any time of the day.
