How to use
1 serving (approx. 5 g = 1 teaspoon) stirred into 200–300 ml of hot (not boiling) water. Preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or as a soothing hot drink.

THE EVENING FORMULA IN DETAIL

Modern daily life often keeps us active longer than we would like. Night Reset was developed for the hours before bedtime, for a mindful evening routine.

Per daily serving: 300 mg glycine, 250 mg L-tryptophan, 200 mg L-theanine, 100 mg GABA, and 100 mg ashwagandha extract.

Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. Both also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Ingredients
Defatted, casein-depleted Swiss cow colostrum (containing colostrum)*, capsule material (hypromellose, thickening agent gellan).

* Filtered in several stages, with an IgG content (antibodies) of at least 60%.

Free from

Gluten-free and lactose-free (less than 0.1 g lactose per daily serving). No preservatives, colorings, or flavorings.

How to use
Take 2 capsules twice daily with liquid. In the morning on an empty stomach. And in the evening before going to bed.
IMPORTANT: Do not take with hot drinks or alcohol. The sensitive ingredients can be denatured by heat and alcohol. The stated recommended daily Recommended Intake must not be exceeded.

What is colostrum?

Swiss food law defines colostrum as follows:

“Colostrum is the secretion produced by the mammary glands of milk-producing mammals under Article 2 letter a for up to five days after giving birth, which is rich in antibodies and minerals and which precedes the production of raw milk.”
