Gluten-free and lactose-free (less than 0.1 g lactose per daily serving). No preservatives, colorings, or flavorings.

Application

Take 2 capsules twice daily with liquid. In the morning on an empty stomach. And in the evening before going to bed.
IMPORTANT: Do not take with hot drinks or alcohol. The sensitive ingredients can be denatured by heat and alcohol. The stated daily Recommended Intake must not be exceeded.

Swiss food law explicitly describes colostrum as rich in antibodies.*

In addition, there are three live cultures, like those found in fermented dairy products: Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium lactis, and Streptococcus thermophilus – together 10 billion CFU per daily serving.

Colostrum contains over 250 natural components, including immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM), lactoferrin, and enzymes. We measure the most important value in every batch: at least 60% Immunoglobulin G.

At our facility in St. Gallen, we develop, fill and test all THE CHANGE® products in accordance with the Swiss federal Swissness Ordinance and the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and HACCP.

We collect our colostrum ourselves – through our own network of Swiss farms. It is defatted, filtered and dried to our specifications by a specialised partner; it is encapsulated and tested in St. Gallen.

Our facility is licensed by the Canton of St. Gallen as a processing facility for dairy products (license number CH 84667631). Every colostrum batch is tested for IgG content, antibiotic residues, and microbiology using ISO 17025-validated methods – both in-house and by independent laboratories. All steps are fully traceable.

This is how responsible quality is created – Swiss made.

PRODUCTION

FROM FARM TO CAPSULE

Our colostrum comes from Swiss farms, mainly in Eastern Switzerland, with which we work directly. We collect only the surplus milk from the first 24 hours – only after the calf has been fed. We test every delivery for inhibitory substances and microbiology.

A specialised partner facility defats and decaseinates the colostrum to our specifications, gently filters it in several stages below 40 °C and freeze-dries it. The immunoglobulins retain their native structure.

In St. Gallen, we fill the powder into gastro-resistant capsules made from plant-based hypromellose. Every batch is tested for IgG content (at least 60%), antibiotic residues and microbiology – in-house and by independent laboratories.

Packaging & Sustainability

Our packaging is Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold.
The violet glass protects the contents from light. All packaging materials comply with food law requirements and are manufactured in Switzerland, and in exceptional cases in the EU.

What is colostrum?

Swiss food law defines colostrum as follows:

“Colostrum is the secretion produced by the mammary glands of milk-producing mammals under Article 2 letter a for up to five days after giving birth, which is rich in antibodies and minerals and which precedes the production of raw milk.”

Anfangs hatte ich das Colostrum mit Probiotika getestet und leider nicht vertragen. (Brainfog, Blähungen wg. Bakterien) Danach wurde mir kostenlos das Standard Colostrum geschickt und dieses ist bis jetzt (2,5 Wochen) TOP! This is one of my favourite and go-to product from Be The Change! It’s no mystery that our guts are subject to a lot of stress when we run, so the Colostrum & Probiotics really help protecting them. I use this product most of the year, especially when I’m training at high altitude with a lot of volume. Besides, I also felt a huge difference when I had to take antibiotics + anti-inflammatoires after a surgery, it helped in counterbalancing the side effects on my guts.
