Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the mandatory statutory consumer rights of their respective country of residence.

For consumers within the European Union, there is a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The withdrawal can be declared using the withdrawal form provided and linked on this website. The customer bears the direct costs of return Delivery.

Further information on the relevant European consumer protection regulations can be found in Directive (EU) 2023/2673.

The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their seal is removed after Delivery. This applies in particular to opened dietary supplements.

Businesses are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.

Exchange / Returns

Exchanges and returns of flawless products cannot generally be accommodated in compliance with Swiss food law and food safety requirements.

An exchange or return is only possible for defective products. Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Swiss Health & Nutrition AG reserves the right to inspect the claimed defect before issuing a refund or replacement.

In the event of a permissible return, products must be returned complete, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. The packaging must be in perfect, like-new condition and must not show any damage or impairment that was not already present upon Delivery. The customer is liable for any damage caused by improper storage, handling, or return transport.

The shipping costs for the exchange or return of defective products are borne by Swiss Health & Nutrition AG.
