Refund policy

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal notice. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.

Exchange / Returns

Exchanges and returns of flawless products cannot generally be accommodated while complying with Swiss food law and the guaranteed food safety requirements. Exchange or return is only possible for defective products within 7 days of receipt of the goods and after inspection of the defect by Swiss Health & Nutrition AG, in accordance with Swiss legislation. Shipping costs for the exchange or any return of defective products will be covered.
